Neptune is one of the outer planets, which means that its influence is gradual yet profound. In classical Mythology, Neptune (Poseidon) was the God of the sea and is often depicted riding a chariot drawn by water horses. The Greeks called him Earthmover, the god of Earthquakes.

As Lord of the Sea, Neptune rules intuition, psychic ability, the imagination and flow. These qualities are seen in gentle Pisces. Those born under this sign are deeply spiritual, artistic and highly sensitive, often with psychic ability. On the darker side Neptune tends toward deception, vagueness, hypochondria and escapism.
